Accessible resources

The City’s libraries are designed to be a welcoming and accessible place for everyone.  

To help make your visit to the library easy and enjoyable, the City offers a range of accessible resources, including: 

  • Audio books, both physical and electronic. 
  • Large print books.  
  • Inclusive computer equipment, such as a large print keyboard and large trackball mouse.  

Better Beginnings program jointly created with VisAbility and Baby Ways – Touch and Feel Discovery Back Pack, which are distributed to new parents through Population Health.  

Assistance with requesting resources from other libraries in the state, if they are not already held in our catalogue.  

Resources in Languages other than English (LOTE).
